Egg Deliveries are Coming to an End

This Summer I traveled hundreds of miles to deliver eggs to our wonderful customers. Egg deliveries can be tricky because eggs must stay cold during transportation and someone must be home to deliver the eggs to (so they can be put in the fridge).

Unfortunately the complications of egg deliveries make it impossible for me to deliver eggs when I go back to teaching in the Fall, at least when it comes to driving out of town to deliver.

This will be our last week for egg deliveries, on a weekly basis, to our customers outside of Elyria/Grafton

Keep following our Facebook and Instagram for updates though. If we find we have an overflow of eggs, we may have the occasional post about eggs for sale.

What does the future hold?

Next Summer we plan to sell eggs at a farmer’s market in Lorain County.

In addition, by next summer we will also have pork and honey for sale.

We have been taking polls on our Facebook page to determine if our customers would like to purchase organic vegetable plants and trees. If this is something that interests you, please let us know.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we lay the foundation for a business we love so much.
