Anti-inflammatory, high protein, high omegas and high fiber
51 grams of protein and 29 grams of fiber
Blueberry peach crumble with greek yogurt full of healthy seeds and nuts
Blueberry Peach Crumble Ingredients
1 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup gluten free high protein oats (Bob's Red Mill brand is my favorite)
1 service of protein powder (Complete by Juice Plus is my favorite)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp water
Yogurt
3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup pepita seeds
1 1/2 tbsp hulled hemp
Directions:
Combine cut peaches, blueberries, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a small baking dish
In a separate bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey, maple syrup, salt, and water and mix until it has a crumble consistency.
Put the crumble on top of the fruit in the baking dish
Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Serve with yogurt on the side. Add seeds to your yogurt and mix in.
Note * If you've never ate these seeds before, I recommend starting with a smaller serving size.
